The queen bedroom mattress is new with a removable 4 inch memory foam topper. The entire mattress and topper has been fully enclosed in a zippered, waterproof mattress protector since day one. Spacious closet (sorry, forgot to take a photo) in the bedroom to hang and store your clothing. There is also a door to the bedroom for complete privacy from the rest of the RV.

The living room comes with a 42” TV on swivel mount with a separate soundbar. There is also a ton of hidden storage behind the TV. The bedroom has a manufacturer’s installed TV hook-up on the wall for your enjoyment should you choose to mount an additional TV in the bedroom.
Tanks have been meticulously cared for. Beautiful island kitchen with a microwave and three burner propane stove with oven. Immaculate refrigerator and freezer with plenty of room for full-time RVing, if desired. Large kitchen pantry and separate coffee station are most welcome additions.

This RV is 31 feet long with two opposing, rear living room slides for a panoramic view and extremely spacious living area. The shower in the bathroom comes with a large convex sunroof above the shower. Someone over 6’ can easily fit and shower. Windows are all around the entire RV and not against one single wall as you so often see. Rear living areas are highly sought after to allow you to back up to the ocean, lake, mountains, or any other amazing view. The large windows can be opened for when the weather is nice and breezy and lock when closed.

The RV is lightweight and easily towable with a 1/2 ton truck for your cross-country journeys.

Full disclosure: the awning works, however could be repaired because an unexpected gust of wind bent it. Not visibly noticeable until you extend or retract it. I received a certified RV tech’s estimate of $200 for the repair. In no way, does this affect the functionality of the rest of the RV. I just wish to be fully transparent.
