The memories we made in our 2017 Grand Design 2600RB we will cherish forever. We chose this unit after doing a ton of research because we feel that Grand Design builds a quality product and we loved the layout. It was big enough for the two of us to live in comfortably (with great storage) but small enough to take on the highway and navigate city streets without having to stress about it. 

All of the appliances (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, hot water heater, air conditioner and furnace) work great. I was able to take a piping hot shower every day using either gas or electricity to heat the water. 

I want to be upfront and honest about potential flaws that may or may not be important to you:
- The leather on the recliner chairs started to peel so we put on a cover. 
- The awning motor may have a loose wire or need to be replaced; I never got this checked out because we never really used it. 
- The slideout still works but it is not moving in and out as smoothly as it did when we first bought it. This may just be due to staying in one place for the last couple of years and not being opened/closed frequently. 
- We had a cat living with us for a year (we have since wiped the unit clean from top to bottom, vacuumed, swept and mopped the entire trailer). 

Overall the trailer is in really good condition and still great for both traveling and/or living in full-time; it does have some wear and tear though being a few years old.
