2023 LTV Unity 24TB with only 561 miles for sale. It includes all of the accessories I purchased for it (example the surge protector, water filter, outdoor chairs). Upgraded the suspension and shocks pre-delivery. Upgraded the fuel tank to 47 gallons. Put in an always on rear camera.

I got this unit because someone else couldn't take delivery when it came in. They put in everything in their spec. 400W solar, outdoor table, ladder extension, cabinet upgrade, etc. The full spec sheets for the build and the pre-delivery work are included in the photos. New photos as of January 19. 2024.

I love this RV. For its size it is amazing but my use case for it (driving between homes in Nevada and Florida with the dogs and dad) no longer applies. I won't be able to get out with it enough to justify keeping it. Want it to go to people who will be able to get out and enjoy it.
