With this Jayco Precept 31UL at 31 feet it’s long enough for comfort and short enough to park in most any campsite you're looking to find. Opposing slides in the main living area create a nice open space, and overall, it's just pretty. We have owned this Precept for almost 5 years now. We bought it with 3,000 miles on it and have put 19,000 on it seeing the country. We are now selling it because we bought and fixed up an old bus. We have kept the Jayco well maintained and clean, and it's ready to continue its open road adventures. Great RV, Great Price!

Upgrades and System Features

• The Cummins Onan 5.5K generator features auto run and has a low 200 hours on it.
• A Progressive Industries Electrical Management System (EMS) surge protector was installed inline in 2019.
• New Girard tankless water heater installed in 2021.
• Extend-A-Stay propane kit installed in 2019. Use portable tanks and have the onboard tank as backup.
• The onboard macerator makes waste evacuation quick, clean and easy.
• The water pump was upgraded in 2021 to a Seaflow 42 series.
• A new windshield was installed in 2022.
• Electric heated mirrors.
• All plumbing is wrapped in heat tape and pipe insulation and will not freeze.
• All manuals for every system and appliance are included.
• Two complete sets of keys are included.
• The loveseat was replaced with two recliners in 2023.
• The factory mattress is upgraded to a memory foam mattress.
• Complete roof reseal in 2023 as the factory sealant was beginning to crack.
• The floor plan allows for full access to the kitchen and bathroom when the slides are in.
• There are 3 TV’s. You can watch the same show on all three at once or watch three different shows at the same time. Great feature!
• The bedroom TV has a ROKU attached to it which stays with it.
• The living room TV is an LG - 50" Class 80 Series QNED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV with a 120Hz refresh rate and was purchased and installed in 2023.
