Slightly used 2021 Grand Design 315 RLTS, pre-covid build. Has been used for about 5 trips. It is like an apartment on wheels! We love it, just do not have the time to use it as it is intended. The unit is equipped with 2 TVs, a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen utensils), 2 trash cans, broom and dust pan, Berkey water purifier, blocks and leveling equipment, small Webber grill, outside burner with propane quick connect, hoses (water and sewer), and surger protector.

We had one power jack motor fail, which was replaced under warranty. On our first trip we slightly rubbed a tree branch, this scratched the EPDM roof material. We immediately applied roof sealant tape and had the repair inspected by the dealership where we purchased the RV (photos of the repair are available upon request). We have not had any issues with the repair nor have we had any other issues with the unit. We are happy to take it to a local dealer for inspection prior to purchase.
