we bought this RV used, and lived in it for four months. It was a great trailer to live in and feels spacious. The full sized shower with a tankless water heater is great for park living. The large refrigerator was more than enough for my wife and I. It is set up for enjoying RV living. Everything works great, but we only needed it to live in while we were between houses. So we are motivated but not desperate.
