This is a like new, worry free camper. Stored inside, 13 feet (closed) so we were able store it in the garage, not an expensive storage facility. Appliances use electric or propane (includes full tank). Stove can be detached to use outdoors. New battery, freshly packed bearings, leveling jack included (a must have,) extra hitches and ball, canopy to create your own cozy patio. Inside the slide out beds are king and queen which include deluxe 2" memory foam pads and 2 never used comforters. The dinette table top can be made into a child size sleeping area. We named the camper OLIVE on our first voyage to the Colorado River parked under an Olive tree. In our opinion, the pop up needs a family with children to build lasting lifetime memories. Some added decorations to make it uniquely yours are just waiting for you. Because this camper is practically new (it still has that new car smell!) it promises to offer years of delight in enjoying our beautiful country and all the fantastic parks offered to the lovers of the outdoors! And, no worries of an older, less expensive pop up.
