You can't beat the exceptional quailty of a Lance. We've never had problems with this travel trailer, enjoyed owning it. It is 4-season, tri-five propane, 45 gallon fresh, 45 gallon gray, 45 gallon black, AC works great, outdoor shower, large awnings with automatic roll up in weather and built-in LEDs, awning over the slide out. Many lights are dimable, reading lights near bed, windows have double shades. Fantastic fan vent above Queen bed. Hot water heater works great on electric or propane, quick recovery. No solar, but has the setup for easy installation if desired. Lots of storage in camper and outdoor cubbies. Has the large lance outdoor slide drawer in front outdoor storage. Drawers under dinette, bed lifts up for extra storage, plus closets. Large kitchen sink, flush gas range, and stainless steel refridgerator. Lance windows pop out, rather than slide, to allow you to open windows even when it's raining. Front large window gives a spectacular view from the bed - window has been replaced with auto-grade glass to prevent rock chips. Well spec'd model with loads of options.

This camper tows very nicely with a half-ton pickup at 5700 GVRW. Total length of 23'-8" makes it easy to pull and park in tight camping spots. Dexter easy-lube axles, always greased every year. Comes with stabilizing hitch, although we rarely use it because it hauls nicely. Comes with bike rack on back bumper if desired.

Has been well cared for, roof cleaned/conditioned every year, exterior cleaned and RV sealer applied. No major blemishes.
