*****SALE PENDING*****Beautiful 2018 Forza 34T, 20,074 miles. Best of both worlds with this 340hp Cummins and an Allison transmission. Both run strong. This RV has lived inside it's entire life, other than adventures. You will not find a better floor plan on another RV, this is hands down the best. You have two reclining chairs directly in front of the TV and fireplace. There is another TV on the exterior while you're outdoors, and a 3rd TV in the back bedroom. This has a drop down bunk over the captains chairs that is fantastic for kids and guests. The two chairs in front of the fireplace lay down completely flat and could sleep 1 or 2 people. The table and two benches also fold down into another bed for another person or 2. The master bed is a queen, and stock, this comes with adjustable air mattresses. We have since replaced these with a more comfortable foam mattress, but will include the stock beds as well. It has a convection microwave for baking. Outdoor shower. We upgraded the battery bank with (6) - 6 volt batteries, less than a year ago with deep cell interstate batteries. It has an instant hot water heater that can run on gas or electric. The refrigerator is a residential refrigerator so it's nicely sized. Two air conditioning heads, one in the front and one in the back. We upgraded the headlights to L.E.D. Passenger captains chair reclines with a footrest and a fold up table. Awnings have the L.E.D light strips in them. Upgraded surround sound. We are the 2nd owners. We purchased it in 2020 from the original owner. They took immaculate care of it but sold it for health reasons. We bought it hoping it would force us to take time out of our lives and enjoy ourselves more, but sadly, we used it once this year. We bought it and stored it. It's been a great decoration for the RV bay, but it's time to let Big Sexy go. I think the thing I will miss the most are the automatic jacks. It's so nice to pull up, press a button, and be settled. Approximately 600 hours on the generator, it runs strong. Comes with a Blue Ox tow bar becuase the previous owner towed around a jeep. We never used this but will pass it along.
