Like new travel trailer, stored inside when not in use.  It has 400 watts of solar panels making it ideal for boondocking when campsites are hard to find! So many Great Features: Nice floor plan the Twin bed to a king size is a great feature and the slide-out gives you a tremendous amount of living space for a 22' trailer. Very comfortable, plenty of storage space, easy to trailer to tow and park. Changed vent above bed to a fan, put combo lock on door and storage bins outside camper. Has outside grill and shelf included along with stabilizer hitch.  Very sturdy and well-made. Overall Just a Super-Nice Trailer!
