Purchased from Pete’s RV in Vermont Spring 2020. Used 5 times a year as an extra guest house during pandemic. Only used twice last year. We are selling because we are going to get a small RV for road tripping. Still smells like new, everything works. We have pulled this less than 200 miles, mostly back and forth to dealership to get recall work done. All recalls have been done! Also replaced the AC unit that failed last summer. Septic has NEVER been used. Always fully winterized. Can deliver within 50 miles of Colchester Vermont at no charge. Can also store till the winter is over.
What’s cool about this unit, front bedroom with Queen Bed with doors that close. The mattress has been upgraded to a real memory foam mattress.

Rear has 2 sets of bunk beds, door also closes. This is great for kids. We took the top bunk out on one side of the for a larger kid, but we have it and can put it back in, or leave it as is.

It pulls pretty easy with our pick-up, sets up in under 10 minutes, has everything you need and plenty of storage.
