The RV has the normal wear and tear you would expect of one its age - but we always took great care of it. It has only been in two locations - our land in the Poconos and now our spot near the SC Low Country beaches.
It has an electric fireplace for auxiliary heat, washer/dryer combo, furniture, nice TV, cooking supplies, etc - most everything you need.
Bring your clothes and toothbrush - you are ready to go!
