BUNKHOUSE. Kids are grown and we are selling so we can downsize. I purchased this RV brand new in 2016 and is stored next to my house. The outside is free from dents and dings for the most part but has some normal oxidation due to the weather in Nevada which can be wet sanded and buffed out. Interior is clean, everything works and is mechanically sound. Had a tire blowout and a repair was made to a small section of the tire well by a professional shop. The same RV repair shop repaired a minor leak in the front cap on the roof as well. All good now and no major major water damage to the inside.
