We are the second owners. We bought it from a man who kept it in emmeculant condition. We keep it stored indoors year round in our garage. The inside is in excellent condition 9/10. The outside is above average for normal wear and tear for its age. This motorhome was owned by 2 people who are type A and extremely attentive. Everything works 100%. Reach out with any questions. No accidents. The rear panel has some delamination as shown in the pics. The motorhome does not leak at all and the issue is cosmetic. The cost to repair the issue was quoted between $2-4,000. The price is well below the book value and reflects the know delamination. The shop down the road is happy to fix it for someone who wants it done. The timeframe was about a week.
