I'm selling my 2019 R-pod 179. I just purchased a new Micro Lite and obviously don't need two campers. It is always stored inside a warehouse when I'm not using it. Kids are out growing it, and we needed a bigger one. The only modifications that I've made are some outdoor motion detector lights that can be easily removed, a new Zinus Memory Foam Mattress, and a latch-It Keyless Entry lock with two key fobs. I take very good care of my things, and this R-pod is like new. It has the outdoor stove and sink, which is hard to find, so I've never cooked inside.

The radio can be controlled with your smartphone, and it can answer your cell phone. The AC gets very cold, and the heater will cook you. Everything works great.
I'm throwing in the sewer hose, caps and adapters, wheel chocks, leveling pads, tongue locks, 110 plug in adapter, slide lubricant, seal conditioner, and a Wolfwise shower tent to use the outside shower.
You will find it very hard to find a better more well cared for camper. I wax and do a full inspection twice a year. This is a cash/cashiers check only transaction. I live in Belton, Missouri. I have the clean and clear title in hand. No liens. I paid cash when I bought it.
NOTE: The original owner purchased it brand new. He had it 6 months, and the roof leaked just a little. Forest River resealed the roof over the area. It has never leaked again, and I have been in some very heavy rain since. I inspect it twice a year.
