Ask anyone who's been around RVs for a time and they'll tell you that pre-2008 coaches were built with a level of quality that can't be found in new coaches. The motorhome is a 2004 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40QDP with HydroHot, 7500-watt diesel generator, residential refrigerator with water and ice through the door, microwave/convection oven, 2 TVs, a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa, exterior clip on window shades, and clip on tire covers. Cabinets are beautiful solid wood. The 2005 model was unchanged from 2004. Improvements we made: replaced all 9 interior blinds with ShadePro day/night pull down blinds after photos were taken, replaced the smaller sofa with a custom walnut cabinet that has an electric fireplace, pull out work surface, and a TV lift, replaced the ugly front TV with a custom made cabinet, and mounted the TV in the bedroom. It has 4 near new rear tires and a new rear AC unit. Other items added include a Winegard WiFi amplifier, a propane outlet for an external grill, a macerator, EMS (electrical management systems with surge protector), an RV GPS, and a tire pressure monitoring system for both the RV and trailer. The full annual service was done 4000 miles ago by Colton Truck Terminal in Colton, CA. The 20 ft custom made enclosed trailer has two 7K lb. axles, torsion bar suspension for a smoother ride, 8.5 ft interior height, an ‘attic’ for bulky lighter items, a 2 ft x 5 ft fold down work bench, hangers for 2 bicycles, a side door with a motorcycle ramp, and full E-Tracks for tying everything down. Run the bike up the side door ramp, the car up the rear door ramp, tie them down, and take off knowing that your bike and car are protected and safe. I really want to sell the motorhome and trailer as a combo. It’s just too good of a combo to split it up. The 400 HP Cummins (no DEF) provides plenty of power. Clear title in hand for both the motorhome and trailer.
