Purchased brand new and original owner. Clean title in hand. A stand out feature of this unit is the ceiling height throughout. You have full standing height in the master bedroom and restroom/shower. This was a key reason in my decision to choose this unit over other similar options. Use of the restroom and shower is actually reasonable compared to many RV's out there. Another key is that it does not have any slide outs. This eliminates additional failure points and extra steps during set up and tear down. For reference I was hauling a Can Am Maverick X3 XRC (two seater) in the garage area. -I replaced the battery for the RV in July 2023.
-On board generator which shares fuel (Gasoline) with the 20 gallon fueling station for OHV's.
-Will fit SidexSides depending on make and model. About 13' of useable garage length and can create more height if bunks are removed. The garage does extend further into the kitchen area, but at less width beyond 13'. I regularly hauled a 2019 Cam Am Maverick X3 XRC two seater.
