We have loved this home-style 5th Wheel! Well maintained with regularly scheduled maintenance.

This is a great RV and awesome if you plan to live in it full-time, like dual sinks in the bathroom, a large kitchen with wet bar, coffee station, and TONS of storage! We have lived in this RV full-time and it has stayed in the same spot for 2 years, so it doesn't have the bumps and bruises a normal RV would have when moved a lot.

Things we love about it: It's comfortable in all seasons! With a heated underbelly and water lines. Includes two AC units to keep us cool and comfortable in the summers.
It is a 2020 but was built in 2019 when RV companies had more experienced labor (pre-covid).
The living room is great for entertaining, with seating for 8!
With dual sinks, the bathroom is large enough for 2 people to comfortably get ready for the day.
The huge kitchen is great for making meals and mixing drinks.
We completed regular inspections and maintenance, including regular water heater flushes (with solinoid replacement), roof inspections and even 1 recall for refrigerator coil was completed.
Its warm and in excellent condition. We know this 5th wheel inside and out.
