Reason for selling is we want to upgrade. We have made multiple upgrades to our rig. This rig has updated leveling jacks and strong arms for stabilization. Upgraded backsplash in kitchen and bathroom. Added an awning over main slide. Includes outdoor kitchen with full sink, grill, and a hookup for a TV and refrigerator. Has a secondary A/C for the bunk room. Queen mattress in master is memory foam. Currently covered and winterized. Added 2 tvs (14" Vizios) in master and bunkroom. EZ Hitch distriubtion anti sway hitch.
