Description

12/16/23. Sale Pending final title transfer. Thanks everyone for looking and inquiries. I’m leaving this ad up for awhile because it seems hard to get a good sense of market value. I hope his helps. My buyers had been looking awhile and seemed weary of dealers, and overpriced rigs. They drove 4 hrs and made a quick decision. Happy campers!

classic Class C, easy to drive and camp. It’s not too big, but big enough for “stuff”. Non smoker, no pets. No funny smells. The Ford E450 chassis and engine (10 valve Triton) carried us up and down the Rockies, no sweat. Plenty of power to get on the highway, and pass when needed. The back end is not “too long”, which allowed us to enjoy any state park, or smaller camp area. Some campgrounds, including our driveway, only offer 15 or 20 amp service. Running essential systems, A/C, refrigerator was never a problem.

The original Michelin tires were replaced 2 yrs ago with BF Goodrich truck tires, suggested by our mechanic (also an RVer). They are excellent! And quiet.

2kw Onan generator. 69 hrs on it. The carburetor was replaced under warranty about 1 year after purchase. We “exercise “ it regularly, though we don’t necessarily use it often. While driving, the engine AC keeps the back cool enough. Except in Kansas in summertime on the highway.
The propane furnace gets things toasty quickly, if needed.

There is minor wear and tear, as expected. New seat cushions are suggested.

All photos are original, and show the vehicle or a view taken from a window, or immediately adjacent to the vehicle. The total eclipse was spectacular in S. Dakota! The bison were right along the mountain road, and the river view from the drivers seat is the Colorado River. Many of these places are inaccessible to a Class A, or over large vehicles. With this vehicle we were able to visit places that would have been unavailable to us. It is currently stored under a roof. There is minor damage to the AC plastic housing, as pictured. A few other scrapes and dings from parking adventures. The bike carrier will be removed. The storage batteries were replaced 2 yrs ago. The video has engine and generator running. This vehicle would make a great rental too.
