Bought new in February 2023.  Only used one time camping.  Comes with washer/dryer, upgraded king size mattress, and new Blue Ox sway bar.  Camper is like brand new unit.  Also has been treated with an Eckbond coating on interior and exterior of camper to protect from damage.  This Eckbond coating has a 5 year warranty.
