This RV has put in some serious vacation time for my family over the last few years and with that use, shes shes in amazing condition. I have been meticulous about maintenance (I have kept a log for all three seasons, happy to share) and preserving her "like new" apprearance inside and out. Flo is outfitted with every amenity you can imagine - fully integrated generator, private bedroom with king sized bed, another full queen bed that lowers down over the cab, 2 AC units that will allow you to camp solo in the arizona desert with no external hookups. The large dual 37 gal black and grey tanks are scrubbed clean annually and are plenty of capacity for up to a week on the road. She is equipped with 50A electric service for campsites but with the onboard generator, you can run all the electric with no hookups needed. The kitchen includes a full sized fridge that runs on 110V, NOT propane, so the RV comes with a Sinewave 2000w inverter that can power the fridge for a few days on the house batteries alone. This RV comes with all the amenities seen in the pictures, fully loaded and ready to hit the road when you are. She is currently winterized from Nov 23' to April 24' but otherwise driveable and ready to be sold when the right match is made.

Full disclosure:
1. She has the original tires which have been rotated and are in good shape
2. Generator has 800 hours but has had oil and filter changes every 150 hours so runs great. These Onan generators have an expected life of 15,000 hours with proper care.
3. Flo has been to the dealer once for a factory recall on the rear chassis (some bracket that they replaced) but otherwise has never had an issue that needed dealer attention.
