There are a lot of extras with the camper, including

The camper still smells new and has been kept in a covered storage unit since we bought it in January 2021. We've used it 6 times.

The only issue with the camper is that the Retract and Extend switch on the Lippert Electric Trailer Lift isn’t working. More specifically it won't retract. The light and extension capabilities work perfectly fine. A Lippert replacement lift is $300.
