Description

As is. TBH model. Very clean inside. New Battery. Roof and windows resealed one year ago. Toilet, vinyl flooring, King bed platform, showerhead, regulator, and built in vacuum two years old. Purchased in 2021 for $17,000, lived in.

Came with ding near hitch, didn't notice. Never used the air conditioning, the sensor that tells how full tanks are doesn't work.

The main living room seal needs some work. It's above my capabilities to fix. It's parked on an incline on the street. If you are at all handy, you won't have a problem fixing it. I have the problem temporarily patched. I have it plugged in and a dehumidifier running. I had it up for 14,500 until I found the problem with the seal. It is not ruined by any stretch, no soft or rotting wood, I just can't NOT say anything because of who I am. It is only a problem when the rain is pelting and wind blowing super hard. It never leaked while I was actually living in it with the slide extended. If you are willing to take a look.

It has loads of storage, stays warm in the cold, sealed undercarriage. The frame is quite sturdy, heavier model. The road isn't level the way it's parked, afraid to over compensate with the jacks, the water is probably due to the incline over any actual structural problem with the seal, but like I said, come check it out! It sounds far worse than it is.

Bring your mechanic or inspector, nothing to hide, no surprises. All known issues completely transparent. Fix it up, or live in as is. It is a 2007. If you were looking for a cheap trailer and didn't think you could afford a larger model, this might be a good fit for you.

Sorry, can't accept installment payments. Cash, or cashiers check deposited, before you drive it away.
