I've added a photo that describes in more detail, all the options I installed over the years that I've owned the rig. I have sought to take maticulously good care of this investment over the years even though I understand that depreciation has taken a toll on it. All mechanical systems work perfectly. The roof has been maintained over the years so that we have had NO leaks whatsoever. All upgrades I've done work perfectly. The only thing I wasn't able to do satisfactorily (to my standards) was to get the outside skin upgraded to full body paint. I had investigated this but found it too expensive. We had some rust damage on the bottom of the living room slide area where the under carraige storage bins are & where the doors latch to the body of the rig. I had all the rust cut out & replaced it with new heavy guage metal rewelded in its' place. While I don't have pics of that work, I can cetainly explain in detail to you as you look at the pictures & we can talk thu it on the phone. I'm very sorry that I dont have the rig with me & this makes it a bit more difficult for you to get comfortable with the condition of the rig. I will be going to SC in March 2024 to use it for the month at Willowtree RV Park where it is stored & seek to sell it after that stay. However if you are tuely interested in it & we can manage a satisfactory deal on both sides I can sell it prior to April 1 2024 foregoing my vacation. I have a TOAD that I pulled on occation when traveling so the towbar/hitch accessories with locking hitch pins as well as the TOAD brake & battery minder etc that is in my car is part of the sale price. I also have spare jack parts that I kept after having Colton replace the front jack a few years back. These parts are in my garage here in Niagara Falls NY.

The pictures may show a carrying platform on the back of the rig which I bought to carry my bikes so that will NOT be part of the sale.

In the end, this is a very well kept rig. My attention to detail annoys my wife but it is part of my nature & has been my whole life & my career as a telcom engineer. I was proactive & detail oriented to virtually every part of this rig.
