Description

2016 Oliver Legacy Elite II Hull 151$53,700.00We purchased in March of 2020. We have loved traveling with it on two- or three-months long trips but time has come for a change. All systems work. Well maintained. No smokers and no pets. Equipment INTERIOR twin beds have two four-inch non-allergenic foam mattresses on each bed. Fiber-granite counter tops Paradise Beach color. It has the standard Dometic Refrigerator that runs on propane or electric. It has the standard 6-gallon hot water heater. I have an extra anodyne rod. It has the standard flush toilet. The air conditioner doubles as a heat pump when you have shore power. It has the standard forced air furnace that runs off propane. No shore power is necessary to run the furnace. Two burner gas stove in the kitchen. ELECTRONICS Voyager 7” color screen for rear view camera; 4 LED reading lights; large Xantrex power inverter; 2000W surge protector; Jensen 24” 12-volt NLED swing-arm mounted television; Winegard Roadstar omni-directional antenna; EXTERIOR 2 Fiamma F455 awnings; 2 30lb propane storage tanks; 320W solar package; Andersen no sway/load level control hitch; front aluminum storage basket; 4 Trojan 6V AGM storage batteries. There is a cable connection and plenty of cables if you have it available. Can also play video’s through the Furrion radio/cd player. The trailer is equipped with the standard stabilizing and hitch jacks that work fine. Main Wheel bearing were serviced about a year ago. The options on this trailer were selected and factory installed with a slant toward a higher “boondocking” or remote touring capability. The solar system, AGM battery capacity, and two awnings allow a low amperage ceiling exhaust fan to provide some cooling relief without generator or shore power hookup. The two 30lb LPG tanks add to the potential days off the grid. As long as you don’t need air conditioning you don’t need shore power. There was originally no microwave. That cabin space provided storage area, but eventually we installed a small microwave in the storage space. There are custom fitted sheets for the beds and a custom teak liner in the bathroom/shower. Windows have been customized with rubber gutters on the top and side to direct rain water away from the windows. Large custom white Tarp to cover the top of the camper when in storage. Extra length of slinky for instances where sewer is available but not close enough for standard length.
