Dual air conditioners keep this well insulated 4 season home nice and cool in the summer and the extra insulation ensures you'll stay warm in the winter. Residential size double door refrigerator. Island with double sink and drawers on both sides. Large 1/2 bath near entry door for easy access by all. Bedroom features a kingsize bed with storage underneath. When I bought it from an auction we replaced the subfloor in part of the kitchen due to previous water damage. We also replaced the vinyl sheet with lament boards.
We still have a few of the planks to install and a little trim. Other than that it is ready to roll. I just checked all of the water facets and drains for leaks. All work as expected.
As was mentiined in the beginning of the posting this beautiful 5th wheel was purchased from an auction. It has had the damaged floor repaired. It was sold to me on a bill of sale since it had a Florida Certificate of Destruction. It will make a great camper for someone to park and leave. You will want to check with your local DMV to see if tags are required in your state.
