This trailer has been a great family gathering spot for us. With busy high schoolers, we have found that we aren't using it as much as we would like. We would love to find a happy home for a family that loves the outdoors. This trailer has the arctic package which gives it four-sided insulation for year-round use. It is in very good condition, with some normal wear and tear spots. Everything is in working order. New batteries and full propane tanks are included.
