We purchased new in summer 2018. Have loved and taken great care of. Non smokers, no children. Has always been parked on concrete pad. Comes with weight distribution hitch and a Barker waste tote that we have never had to use. We have camped 3 to 4 times a year in it mostly long weekends, mostly 3 hour drive or less. It has new tires and a new tongue jack. Very clean, shows like new. You can get to the bathroom and the bed with the slide in. It does have the pre-wire for solar.
