Water heater electric hot rod, replace headlight assemblies and LED bulbs, replaced side markers with LED assemblies, replaced tail lights with led assembllies, porch light upgraded to led strip, added 2 max airflow vent toppers, rear dual wheel inflation extensions, front windshield curtain replaced with. Residential style, front sumo springs, upgraded front sway bar and links, saftey plus steering stabilizer, koni shocks front and rear, rear track bar, replaced all blinds with room darkening cellular, interior lights changed to led, flooring to LVT, Dinnett removed and added couch, new C02 and propane detector, entry door lock replaced with keyless pin, Gen tune up all filters and plug, front tv replaced with Roku, screen door pet cover, screen door grab bar, replaced all storage bay locks to barrel type, propane extend a stay, stabilizer snap pads. We spent a lot of time and money last year but in the end it was just too small for us. Never smoked in. Engine and trans run strong. Gen starts 1st shot, also have a Demco dolly we have never used that we purchased with the RV that we could also include. Does not come with any camping supplies as we will use them in our next unit. Still have a loan and will need to use an escrow service. RV is in good shape but has minor blemishes due to its age. Known issues are check engine light for bad 02 heater circuit and rear ladder no longer sturdy enough to climb.
