Description
I will meet in Minneapolis if someone is really interested so you can view it. It is a 2007 Ford SuperDuty 450 with an aluminum ambulance box used by the Red Cross Emergency Service until 2022. It has never been flooded and has NO RUST. I stripped it to the base and modified it to a camper in 2023.
It has a meticulously maintained 6.0 Diesel made by Int'l with less than 62k miles!! It runs great!! And as of Dec 8, 2023 it was also "Bulletproofed" (Eg a remote BP oil cooler etc added) by a certified BP installer, so I could drive it to Prudhoe Bay with confidence. Turbo fan was cleaned and inspected. The 55 gal Diesel tank has been pulled, sent out and cleaned and has new sending unit. The engine is better than new and many parts are warranteed for life.
I painted it with blue "bed liner" paint, and have added new head lamps and bulbs. A door w/ screen was installed on side. Custom swing-away spare tire holder was added to back and all tires (7) replaced by BF Goodrich All-terrain tires. Ladder has been added to rear, as has backup camera connected to new larger radio.
It has sink with hot/cold running water, Electric water heater, & 25 gal gray water tank and a 30 gal fresh water tank with new fill on the outside. Has hot/cold shower in garage. It has queen size bed w/ sheets & pillowcases. Storage at foot of bed. It has Webasto diesel heater below one seat at Lagun table with Porta-potti stored beneath other seat. Cabinet beneath sink has trash/recycling containers that pull out. It has 2-burner induction stove and LOADS of storage in all cabinets, the garage and exterior. It also has dometic 75 liter frig/freezer and pull out.
The two starter batteries and 2-200w lithium house batteries. It has 3 ways to charge: It can be plugged in through the 30w plug on the outside which goes to a 3000w inverter. It also has a 12v DC to DC charger connected to two alternators on truck. Third, it has 4-100w solar panels on roof that run to solar controller. It has a 12v Dometic AC unit on the roof along with a Maxxair Fan. There is a 110 volt system that runs the 6-110v outlets, stove and water heater. The 12v DC system has two reading lights with USB, 10 lights on ceiling, Webasto heater and AC. It also has light in garage with switch, water pump on a switch, and additional 12v outlet. It also has two rechargeable lights under cabinet.
