This is your dream RV. Hate to seperate with it, but we just dont need something this big anymore. Due to medical issue, I had to get rid of my toys, and now don't need this big of a garage. Second owner. Used gently as temporary home between military assignments, as my toy hauler for a couple Harleys to Sturgis, and to take my side by side to Moab. Fuel tanks and pump work like a champ as I filled it up before getting to our site and never had to go to a gas station to fill multiple red tanks.

During one of our trips, I noticed that there was delamination on the front and rear of the living room and kitchen slide. the floor was starting to bow and warp. I called keystone and then had it professionally repaired at Keystone authorized repair facility under the 3 year structural warranty. Repair facility said it was due to a bad batch of glue used to seal the siding on.

I installed a washer/dryer in master and lowered rear TV onto floor mount to use rear area as living room area. Absolutely incredible sunsets with the back ramp/deck down. Washer/Dryer combo makes this unit self sustaining. Included generator has been used for a grand total of .5 hours. Works perfectly and will run two of the A/Cs. Couches are showing signs of use, and should be replaced if you want something pretty, otherwise they are still perfectly useable. Price reflects cost to replace the couch.

Three tvs are included and is wired for satelite. Also included will be flag mount and 22 foot flag pole. Two storage containers with heated water hose in one, and the other has drain hose attachments. Jack pads, chocks, and wheel locks will also come with it as well as a jack and lug nut wrench. All seals have been conditioned and the roof is impecable. (I have climbed up and I clean it/wash it every time I take it out or store it.)

Asking $69,000, well below current market value as a reflection of the couches, and just needed to sell it. As it sits, with the W/D and recent repairs/warrant, valued at $74,000.
