2018 Grand Design Reflection 327RST. (please ignore that this listing says it is a 324MBS for some reason RV Trader does not have our model listed to select)
Meticiously maintained as my husband is a diesel mechanic.
You will see from the pictures that we have remodeled the inside to brighten it up. The pictures do not do it justice , must see in person.
Bedroom: Queen bed, Smart TV, full wardrobe with hook ups for washer/dryer. Added some cabinet to end of dresser for extra storage, can remove if you do not want it.
Bathroom: Added decorate pallet wood design behind toilet, and brightened up cabinet (denim blue). Tons of storage in cabinet next to toilet. Upgrade faucet on sink and shower head in shower.
Kitchen: Painted cabinets cream and slightly draker tan to brighten up the space. Upgraded faucet on sink. Tons of storage both under sink, along side stove and in Hutch. Microwave with Convection oven, also has oven under stove top. Everything in A-1 condition, all works as expected.
Living room: Electric fireplace, leather couch and theatre seating with heat and vibration. Again, tons of storage with cabinet in every possible location. Smart TV in living room as well.
Outside: Full basement pass through storage and additional storage under pin box in front, 2-30 lb propane tanks, outdoor kitchen with another Smart TV and a small fridge, upgraded Air Ride pin box. Brand new (less than year old) RV Armor roof with a lifetime warranty that is transferrable to new owner. No dents, or scratches. Only imperfection outside is a small amount of checking on the nose cone decal.
NOTE: We love this 5th wheel but we have purchased a Class A and we cannot drive them both. We are leaving Nashville in the beginning of Dec to head to Florida and would really love to sell this unit before we go. Please make any "reasonable" offer known to us.
2nd NOTE: We also have our tow vehicle that we would be willling to do a package deal on. She is a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. 136k miles, 8 foot bed, upgraded hitch, air bags for suspension, she is a beast and tows this 5'er with no issue. We would be willing to do 57,000 on truck and 5'er and are very open to negotiation.
