Best Features: Low miles (16,000) and a Master bedroom with very comfortable King bed and closet, dresser and storage. Side area next to bed for books, phones etc. Flat screen TV for relaxing in bedroom. We didn't want to sacrifice comfort while camping and this bedroom is great!

Another great feature is the bathroom. The shower is spacious (36x24) and there is a large vanity area and plenty of storage for all your bath needs.

The kitchen has everything you need with all the basics including an oven and ample storage.

The outside kitchenette is a wonderful feature and includes a hand held shower wand to wash off dirt before entering RV.

The condition of the interior is very good. It has been painted a nice sand color and the windows and blinds and in good condition. The "leather" on the captains chairs and dinette couch are in very good condition. The recliners are less than a year old. The floors are in very good condition and rugs are included if you want them.

The condition of the exterior is good but has some weather. We have covered it in winter and the cover is included.

Versatile sleeping arrangements and new recliners for relaxing or sleeping. The booth style dinette measures 60x40 and converts to a bed as well as the drop down bed over the drivers area (74x46) for sleeping or storage.

This has impressive safety features including airbags, anti lock brakes, side and rearview camera and LCI electronic leveling.
