We bought this to live in while doing a major house remodel in January of 2021, sold it in January of 2022 to a family that was also in a housing transition, then my parents bought it from them in August of 2022 to live in while building, and now they’re done with it so they’re selling it. I’ll handle the process for my parents but you’ll still meet them when handling final paperwork. This has been an excellent 5th wheel.

All mechanical systems work as they should. Prepped for generator but doesn’t have one.
Electronic lock on the main entry door.
Slide toppers.

Tires have good tread.

This is an “R” model so it has a furnace, heat pump in the main rooftop unit, residential fridge, and probably a few other nice things.
No leaks from the roof or anywhere else for that matter.Roof is solid. We did the lap sealant in January of 2021 and again in September 2022.
Slide awning fabric is all brand new.

No smoking or pets. We’re very clean people as I’m sure you’ll be able to see from the pictures and video. Overall the unit is in very good condition to be used. Ready to hook and take across the country, park at a lake lot, or live in full time.
Noteworthy wear/tear: There’s a dent in the main entry door, some scuffs in the stickers on the passenger side front, a tear in the floor covering in the living room about 6” long, and the awnings are showing a little age. We took the original long couch out and moved the small couch to the living room. The long couch does have a good bit of wear/tear.
I don’t have a way to transport it because I don’t have a truck to haul it. It will need to be picked up where it is in Jefferson County TN, 25 minutes east of Knoxville.
