Description

Batteries 2 years old. *All new Toyo tires and new aluminum wheels 8/23*New Xantrex 2500w dual output inverter/charger and new control/monitor station. 9/23*Brand new temperature control thermostat and cutoff on hot water heater. 9/23*New bi-LED full headlight assemblies from 818 Retrofits (incredible light!) 8/23*Transmission serviced at 157,000*Oil changed at 155,000*All insulated windows serviced by RV Fog Dr in April 2023 to alleviate the seal creep these all had ($3000! +warranty).*All new air bags, Koni shocks, super steer, and serviced the HWH auto level system 2021/2022. *All tail lights and marker lights converted to LED. *New air horns.
*House thermostat serviced 7/23 (all new buttons, functions like new). *Minor leaks in air system troubleshot and repaired. 7/23*Interior window boxes /surrounds all recovered. 4/23 *Refrigerator upgraded to manual ignition for the gas operation (circuit board for auto igniter unavailable). 4/23*Previous owner replaced backsplashes in galley and bathroom. *New cabinet hardware, faucets, bathroom sink, bidet, and relocated the coach systems info panel.*New tv antenna*Two new smart tvs. *New flooring, dash vents, entry area switches
*2 new MaxxAir fans. *In-dash stereo with Bluetooth, usb, pandora, etc. *Furnace and two rooftop air conditioners with heat pumps work perfectly. *Generator starts easily and runs great. *Full size queen mattress (2 year old mattress) plus fold-out couch to sleep guests or kids. Items still needing attention: clear coat is gone on most of the cream colored areas. It’s got a hot-rod satin finish! There is a spot or two where it’s still hanging on, but they all lose it. Some peeling on the raspberry areas also, and a little minor bruising around the bumpers (all minor) I hand scrubbed the entire coach 3x to remove all staining/streaking off the cream colored areas, it would be ready for a vinyl wrap if wanted. Dashboard heat and AC do not function (not disclosed by previous owner but we will not do the same). Our remedy has been run the rooftop AC if needed or furnace if chilly out. The new inverter has enough power to use a nice quiet electric heater when going down the road as well. Passenger side awning is gone and there is a small crack at the front edge of the mount, but there is zero water intrusion, it’s been well sealed. Have all manuals, electrical diagrams, etc. plus some for the upgrades.
