Big flat screen TV and radio/stereo that has 2 zones so you can listen to music inside AND outside as you sit around the fire at night. Full kitchen with a propane stove, big refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and ice maker on the counter to keep those drinks cold. This new rig has tankless water heater so you never really run out of hot water!! There is another kitchen outside with a stove and mini fridge out there as well so cooking outside is fun and easy with easy access to more cold beverages.

The kitchen has a solid set of cook ware so you can cook if you so choose. The fire place inside is LED with variable light settings, and it really puts out some nice warm air as well, so it looks neat and can help if an evening gets chilly as well and sets a neat mood to relax!
Last but not least I am including a 5 year extended warranty on service and exterior/interior finishes so you will only have a $50 deductible if/when something happens and it has to go in for repairs.
