Used pop-up in very good condition. Great for starting out camping with kids! Amazing views all around from wall to wall screened windows! Has water, electric, and cable hookups, as well as water tank with battery operated pump. Can be raised manually or automatically with included motor running off battery. Carryout stove can be used inside or under the included awning. Small fridge runs on battery/propane/electric. Also has working A/C when using elec. hookup! Our family has used this trailer for several years with no issues and many great camping trips. Some minor wear and tear but canvas is in excellent condition and still waterproof. Has been kept under an rv cover most of its life when not in use. Can be pulled with almost any small SUV or a minivan with the right hitch. Still has all documentation and manuals.
