2021 Coachmen Leprechaun Premier 260DS Class C RV on a Ford E450 chassis with Triton V8 gas engine. Includes 7500 pound towing hitch. There are heated remote controlled side mirrors as well as side and rear cameras. Metal running boards.

This is a great camper size for staying in National Parks and older parks with shorter campsites. Set-up and tear-down at campsites is quick. This floor plan is just the right size and design, there is a lot of storage for long trips. We are non-smokers, the RV is very clean and well-maintained (oil changes, slider lubrication and caulking). Stored indoors and winterized each year. The only reason we are selling is due to health concerns. We had several great trips in this camper. We really love the leather recliners and air bed upgrades that we made.

There is a private queen rear bedroom with a full-length 80x60 bed, not an RV queen. Other sleeping spaces include a large bunk area over cab with access ladder and safety net side and the J-shaped dinette can convert to a bed.

Bathroom includes shower, toilet and sink.

Kitchen includes sink, stove, oven, convection microwave and large 12 volt refrigerator (runs while traveling, not as position-sensitive as an evaporative fridge).

There are indoor and outdoor tvs plus a DVD player. The bedroom is pre-wired for an additional tv. Winegard Air 360+ antenna system.

The curbside includes an 18' electric awning, the outdoor tv, and a LP quick connect at the rear for your grill or cooktop.

This RV has an outdoor shower, black tank rinse port and large pass through lower storage area.

There is a Cummins Onan QG4000 4kW gasoline generator with remote start, autochange-over and 0.8 hours used.

For comfort there is a 13.5k BTU ducted A/C, a gas/electric water heater, propane furnace, and heated storage tanks for cold weather camping.

There is laminate flooring throughout. Storage includes a large closet with hanging storage, several drawers, kitchen pantry and overhead storage in the kitchen, living, dining and bedrooms and under dinette storage.

Upgrades we made include:

• full-length 60x80 queen air bed with dual controls (Bear Bed Ultra)
• Violino dual-power reclining leather loveseat in place of jackknife sofa
• factory radio was replaced with one with a larger screen and Android Auto/CarPlay support
