This vehicle has had recent extensive maintenance (oil change, oil filter, transmission serviced, fuel pump replaced, generator serviced, dash fuse replaced, and more-can provide records) done last year, currently in limp mode due to unknown reason. Only 17,500 miles approx. Has been sitting in storage approx 1 year since services completed. Inside needs to be gutted, sub floor needs replaced, awnings and slide covers need to be replaced and steps in to motorhome are dry rotted. Auto-retracting step needs to be replaced. Roof needs to be re-sealed. Self-leveling needs work, currently operating manually. Has a leak from a window in the bunk slide. Stable crack in windshield, needs new privacy shades for windows and windshield. Carrier AC unit in the back and a new (2018, used for only a couple of months) Coleman/Airexcel 135000 btu ductless AC unit in the front. New door lock placed 2020 and used only briefly. New battery placed in 2019 and still has plenty of life. Used portable washer and dryer can be included if wanted. Sold as-is.
