We’ve discovered a broken copper pipe on the water heater. The unit itself is $500 with free shipping and General RV has quoted around $300 in labor to replace it. The unit could be removed and welded for a lot less. There are no other issues with the camper, it’s very clean and nearly new. I’ve priced the camper way under value due to the water heater issue as the unit will be sold AS IS.
