We are the original owner. We are sadly getting rid of our trailer. We have enjoyed the trailer for a few years, but due to work schedule changes we are unable to use it as much as we would like.

This trailer is in great condition. There are no known issues. We have miticulously kept it clean and cared for. The open layout is great, along with the kitchen island gives plenty of counter space. There is also plenty of storage throughout the trailer. We often found that people would come over and hang out inside. The bunkhouse with the door is great for kids, and also nice if you have younger ones that go to bed before the rest.

It has brand new batteries as of 9/23. It has a brand new anode rod in the water heater. It has been winterized each winter, and all tanks drained. We have added roof vent covers to the three vents to prevent rain coming in. The auto leveling is great and makes for hassel free set up. There is a incommand system that integrates all of the onboard systems. It has been a great system. It displays tank levels, controls some lights, slides, water pump, water heater, awning. It also has a screen password for an additional level of safety. The tires are in good shape and we have never had a flat. The original spare tire is still mounted on the rear. There are 2 propane tanks on the tongue of the trailer. More than enough to last the whole summer.

We did remove the outdoor stove as the one from the factory never got hot enough to cook anything. This provided some extra storage next to the outdoor fridge. We added a bump rail to the upper bunk so our kids could not roll off. This can easily be removed.

We will include the Hitch and stablizer bars, the sewer hook up lines. We have two full sets of keys for everything on the trailer.
