All Season rig, fully functional and starts and runs beautifully. We have to let it go to build a bedroom for our new baby. You probably already know greyhawk is a very comfortable home on wheels with electric AC, electric or propane for: heat, fridge/freezer, and hot water; outdoor propane bbq and lots of entertainment system capability built in. We love this rig for boondocking, its ability to tow a vehicle or toy easily, and the huge volume of storage including pass through.
Good things about this one: low miles, well cared for, simple dining/sleeper conversion, double slides feels spacious, was in dry Texas climate it's whole life until just a few years ago, all systems fully functional.
Known defects: will need generator service (currently runs fine, it's just time), roof will need resealing (no leaks, it's just time in the next two years), tires have plenty of tread but will need replacing in the next two years, large patio awning has tears and would be good to replace (one of the three roll out awnings was just replaced, a couple hundred bucks and 30 minutes of time), decor is dated, a few white plastics have yellowed, one window shade needs replacing (has to be secured to stay open, otherwise always drawn closed).
