My family bought this a year ago for our move from Florida to Vermont. It spent most of its life in Florida (ie, no Winter weather) and has been maintained throughly. Newer tires, fridge, decor. Sleeps 4 comfortably, more if you want to squeeze in. Has 6 seat belts - 2 in front captains chairs and 4 at dining table benches. Tons of storage space including a large dresser added by the previous owner that could be removed if desired. Bathroom has toilet, shower, sink, cabinets. Kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, fridge, double sided sink, and tons of cabinet space. Back bed is a futon that folds into a couch. Base is a Ford E350, this RV is not too big, not too small. If you can drive a Uhaul Box truck, you can drive this.
