As with every Newell this is a cradle to grave service, if ever you have any issue with the operation of anything in the coach, you call the 800 number anytime day or night, leave your name, phone number and coach number and with in 15 minutes you get a call back from a technician no matter what time of day who when they call you back already knows your coach because every coach is hand built from the ground up and numbered this is coach #315. Newell hand builds just over 30 coaches a year, this years starting price is 2.8 million. Newell Coach is the best of the best. This Newell, Coach #315 was around 500k new. That said, every coach will have an issue at some point, and I see on the social media sites of motor home owners who break down and post for emergency suggestions to fix their problems and get them moving again!!!
