We have used this trailer on about 10 trips and we are looking to upgrade . It is in excellent mechanical condition and well cared for . All appliances work as they should . Including ac/heat  and fireplace 
. There ia only a few minor cosmIetic blemishes but other than that it is ready for many more years of camping .
