Owned by a former Automotive Service Manager, all fluids and filters on this unit have been changed at regular intervals with BG Products additives used in the fuel (44K fuel system cleaner) and oil (BG MOA) for coach and generator engines at each change. The great thing about buying from a full-time family is that no issues go un-checked for long. We have to make repairs and upgrades in a timely manner to keep us on the road reliably and living comfortably. As such, I would continue to drive this motorhome for tens of thousands more miles without issue. We have simply "outgrown" this floorplan and replaced it with a diesel pusher and trailer.

- New Toyo M154 steer tires 2022 (drive tires are five years old).
- New roof in winter of 2022 (a tree branch fell and dented a roof radius, we replaced the entire membrane when that radius piece was replaced).
- Three new MaxxAir units at time of roof.
- New Winegard 360 at time of roof.
- New front shocks winter 2022.
- New right front leaf spring winter 2022.
- New front spring shackles 9/23.
- New front sway bar links 10/23.
- Spark plugs replaced spring 2023.

Known issues (which could be addressed prior to delivery based on negotiations):
- Neither set of stairs are working (front needs a controller, rear needs a motor)
- Dash fans are inop.
- Chip in the windshield which has been filled for over two years.

There is some normal interior, exterior and mechanical wear and tear (chips/scratches) to be expected with 90k miles of use, but we do try and keep it clean and shiny! We are making small repairs over the coming weeks. Please refer to the video for more
