Awnings and outdoor kitchen have Never been used The kitchen with a FULL size refrigerator and large shower make this RV perfect for 9 people. Plenty of storage. This RV has been connected to sewer and water, so the water tanks have never been used. 2 Large propane tanks for the heat and stove. Capabilities for a stackable washer and dryer in the primary bedroom. Again emaculate condition without any issues. We have used this RV for our family for 3 summers while we were building our lake home. The tires only have 75 miles and it has been properly winterized.
