Very clean and well maintained trailer. I travel for work and purchased this camper 3 years ago. Items that have been recently replaced: furnace, hot water heater circuit board, smart tv in living room, HD radio, whirlpool convection oven/microwave, toilet in back bathroom. Items that have been upgraded: 3 new memory foam beds in bunk area, Hybrid King bed in master, additional tv mounted in front storage, custom dressers in bunk area, 3-40 gallon propane tanks, black out shades, on-the-go portable water softner. Factory upgrades: solar panel, 4 deep cell batterys, battery inverter, prewired and plumbed for generator hookups. Everything works as it should.
