Lightly used. I used the RV to look for a home. Found a home, RV goes. Very clean. No mattress. No issues, everything works, has electric controlled awning, two tvs, big frig that runs with propane or electricty, no generator (have a yamaha 2000 watt if needed). Tires are 10 ply, E rated. Has 4 electric stabilizers and one electric landing gear. Great trailer. Was rated the third best trailer in 2017. This trailer was not made by Winnebago.
